The Ethereum Foundation has made available in its grant program nearly $ 3 million for startups and blockchain developers on its platform.
The subsidies were granted to approximately 20 groups and people working on the development of blockchain in the platform, the aim is to increase the diversity of customers, promote usability, scalability and security, building tools and enabling the development of decentralized applications (dapps ) and smart contract technology.
The purpose of the incentive is to develop the research and benefit the network participants, providing their participation in decision making and the growth of the Ethereum network, as these contributions to the ecosystem are very important in the development of new solutions.
Companies like Prymatic labs and Status, Spankchain, Kyokan and Connext, were subsidized.
